I am Julie Lerner, a Licensed Psychotherapist with 10+ years of clinical experience. I am dedicated to my work with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have been fortunate to work with a diverse group of people holding intersectional identities, various diagnoses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. I hold myself to a high standard to provide an inclusive, culturally competent, eclectic, and fun approach to psychotherapy. I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at William James College. View 5 Photos I understand that when someone is seeking therapy, they are looking for a safe space to share their concerns, innermost thoughts, and dreams. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and in need of a place to sort out how we are feeling. I am optimistic about providing support to help you gain helpful coping skills and increased insight into your experiences.
