About

Are you struggling in your relationships? Are you seeking to feel accepted and like you belong? Relationships can feel stressful at times and they often highlight what we need from others. We may not always recognize what we need or know how to communicate it directly, but we are always striving to feel connected with others. When we do not feel heard or understood by someone we care about we often act out in anger or frustration to increase the chances of someone paying attention, and we can often feel guilt or regret for what we have said or done to the people we love. If you feel lonely, anxious, or depressed, you are not alone. View 5 Photos

I hope to provide a safe space for you to reflect on your experiences in relationships, emotional reactions, belief systems, and personal values, and recognize how these have motivated your choices that have influenced relationships in the past or present. We will work together to shift automatic patterns into effective and intentional choices.

If you struggle in one or more relationships, are curious about what might be contributing to these difficulties, or are simply noticing distressing emotional symptoms, please reach out to me so we can begin to reflect on your goals, what strategies might not be working for you anymore, and develop assertive ways to connect more effectively with others.
