I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. I also have extensive experience helping clients explore underlying core beliefs that impact both their self-esteem and many of their relationships. I am nationally certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (commonly referred to as CBT), which is extremely effective for individuals who need to quickly learn skills and techniques to reduce symptoms. View 3 Photos I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, always keeping in mind that every one of us is unique and all learn and cope very differently. I believe it is incredibly important to help my clients identify what works best for THEM and incorporate that into therapy. You are the only expert in your life and what works for someone else, might not work for you. I don't have a magic wand (I wish I did and I promise I'll let you know if I ever find one), but what I do have is the ability to walk alongside you and provide support as we work through whatever has brought you to therapy. Please take a second to send me a message and let's start improving your mental health and overall well-being together.
