About

I support clients navigating religious trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and those seeking neurodiversity-affirming support. Those who have experienced pain, disappointment, and distress from experiences in faith communities are especially drawn to my work. It is also important to acknowledge how isolating it can be to pause, deconstruct, or reconsider long-held beliefs or spiritual practices that once held a lot of hope and meaning. Or, to simply explore how embracing your full humanity and identity can be celebrated after experiences of being shamed for those aspects of you.

I believe healing of past wounds and trauma is fueled by connection to both self and others. And, that relationships, connection, and community are all essential to finding fulfillment, self-compassion, and hope for the future. I am especially invested in working from a neurodiversity-affirming and anti-oppressive lens as I support my clients.

My primary goal is to offer a warm and welcoming space for clients to show up fully as themselves—in a space held specifically for their own exploration, healing, and change. Finding a therapist you connect with is important (and challenging!). Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can see if working together feels like a good way forward.
