Texas and Vermont teletherapy clients only. If you are feeling afraid, confused and isolated, you are not alone. How do we stay mentally resilient, manage fear and have hope? If you are an individual or in a relationship struggling with connection, satisfaction or cyclical unhealthy patterns, reach out. I see individuals and couples who are willing to look at themselves and practice new ways of being in their mind and body. Together we will find your way to a healthy and meaningful life. It has been a tough year with an overload of stressors. I received my Clinical Social Work Degree from Columbia University in 1993 and my Masters of Divinity from Yale Divinity School in 1991. I am trained in somatic and attachment-based therapies, CBT, DBT, gestalt, family systems, sex and mindfulness, and am a certified spiritual director. I work with teens, adults, older adults and couples. The ability to be seen, understood, without judgment, begins the process to self-confidence. We will set goals as a team. I often give homework between sessions to build coping skills for individuals and couples to unravel habituated ways of being. I am engaged and direct in my approach and bring a sense of humor and wisdom to life's complexity.
