What's the origin stories? When did you move from curious, playful, hopeful to maybe a little more alone, reserved, or uninterested? How do you manage those feelings? Alone, with loved ones, trying to control everything, escaping however you can, with "healthy tools", a mix? Areas of Focus: Worries, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sex, gender identity, women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, personality disorders, couples, parents, pregnancy. I approach my work with openness, compassion, and a bit of playfulness. I have experience with clients in my practice who seek access to spaces that affirm their gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, and lived experiences.
