About

I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are experiencing overwhelm, loss of sense of self, intrusive/unwanted thoughts, repetitive behaviors, worry, self-doubt, perfectionism and stress due to life transitions. I have many adults in my practice who are working to find balance in their close relationships and making changes toward a more fulfilling life. I have specialized training and expertise in treating OCD, skin picking/hair pulling (aka "BFRBs"), ADHD/ASD and supporting parents of adult children with anxiety disorders.

My clients tell me that they appreciate my warmth and collaborative style. I use evidence-based techniques, but always with flexibility. I am a visual learner/processor and so I incorporate visual tools into my practice to enhance learning and insight. I also strive to be inclusive of neurodivergence as a strength, rather than a deficit. I am LGBTQ+ ally.

I'm down-to-earth, very inquisitive and insightful. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender queer or questioning persons are welcome in my practice. I take referrals and treat clients residing in Indiana and Kentucky via Telehealth. I accept individuals from all over the U.S. into my support groups. Request a consultation to see if we are a good fit.
