About

With empathy, kindness and humor, I hope to help my clients find their sense of calm, self-worth, and a life worth living. I’d love to work with you if you are interested in taking the time to explore and process difficult thoughts, patterns, and your past in order to gain a better understanding of yourself as an individual and who you would like to be. My hope is to help you feel safe while you process vulnerable thoughts and feelings, learn new ways of coping, and begin your journey of healing. View 5 Photos

I'm experienced in helping individuals learn DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, relationship and communication skills. I’m also trained in helping individuals process trauma through EMDR and IFS. I also have a specialty in helping clients learn how to challenge unhealthy ways of thinking through CBT.

My hope during our therapy sessions is that you will feel listened to, validated, and challenged in a safe, nonjudgmental and therapeutic way, and I would be honored to provide that to you. I recognize how overwhelming it can be to find a therapist that clicks with you, so please reach out if you’re interested in an initial consult before scheduling with me.
