About

I specialize working with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults as well as anyone struggling with relationship conflict, self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. I have experience in the past working with self-harm, personality disorders, trauma, grief, stress and life transitions, ADHD, domestic violence and sexual assault. I provide a person-centered approach, which means that I will meet you wherever you are, and we will set goals that are realistic to what you can manage. I know therapy sounds intimidating at first, but I will walk with you on your journey toward growth.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, EMDR therapy, and solutions-focused therapy.

My experience includes working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and am a strong ally and advocate for all human rights. I am an easy-going person and prefer to create a laid-back and relaxing environment for therapy sessions. Email me today to set up a consultation!
