Therapy can be intimidating, and finding ourselves at a place in our lives where we realize we are all just people who need connection can feel very vulnerable. Knowing about the neuroscience of trauma and the way our bodies remember threat has really shaped the way I work with clients. I am a strong believer in everyone’s right to feel safe and I will advocate for that right for you. I like to use a mix of different modalities but I'm best with using EMDR, CBT, attachment theory, and mindfulness. I take the approach of helping clients find a sense of safety in their lives in order to better set the stage for healing. You deserve more space in the world that helps you thrive in your most authentic self. I would be honored to be a part of that journey with you.
