About

I believe that therapy is based in a philosophy of respect, trust and building a safe non-judgemental relationship. I strongly believe each person has the wisdom to understand what works for them. I want clients to know they've come to a place of hope and my role as therapist is to listen and guide by providing support and encouragement

I come to my client with over thirty years, (I started young) of experience in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders domestic abuse, sexual assault and other forms of trauma. I work with individuals, couples, artist (all genres) and I do groups for those who need/like the insight and support of others on the same path.

I believe in order to grow and make change it's helpful to have a set of tools to navigate the course. In that respect I use evidence based theoretical practices that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus, Narrative. I would love the opportunity to meet with you so we can decide together the best course of action.
