I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I help children work through tough times and difficult life experiences in a fun and playful way. I use play therapy to help children thrive in the face of adversity and to increase self esteem. My main goal is to help a child realize they are perfect just as they are despite their challenges. As a certified positive disciple parent educator I can also give parents tools to create more harmony, connectedness and peace at home. I am certified in Synergetic Play TherapyTM a researched-informed model of play therapy blending the therapeutic power of play with nervous system regulation, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, mindfulness, and therapist authenticity. I'm EMDR Certified and incorporate IFS and other somatic tools for optimal healing for both children and adults. I currently have openings for telehealth sessions, in person sessions availble upon request on Sundays. I look forward to helping your child and family find the peace and happiness you deserve!
