I have two main areas of focus in my practice. The first is to "help make order out of your eating". The second is to help restore broken relationships. Struggles in both of these areas can lead to unhealthy levels of anxiety and depression, also within my scope of expertise. My goal is to help my clients regain control of their lives by empowering them to use the physical, emotional, social and spiritual assets they already have to their highest potential. I also do intensive trauma work using the Wall Work method designed by James Runyan. I am one of only two Certified Eating Disorder Specialists in the state of Nebraska, That certification is through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and I have had it for almost thirty years. I believe in full recovery, and it can be yours! I enjoy using various modalities in working with my clients. Expressive arts and psycho-drama are two of my special interests.
