I have over 30 years experience in assisting clients find a sacredness in their life journeys whether individually, through a group process, or with their significant other. I work best with people who want to bring joy and contentment to their life but feel stuck in how to do that. I love working with couples in getting the love they want as I am an Imago couples therapist. I also work with people stuck in addictions, as well as those with trauma. I have many specialities:Couples therapy - helping couples communicate in a safe and connecting way. Addictions - helping people to live free of addictions. Helping women empower themselves through individual and group therapy. Helping clients through trauma using EMDR and hypnosis. Helping men and women understand one another in human interaction groups. I have many skills and training other than talk therapy. I am a certified Imago couples therapist. I am trained in hypnosis and NLP, gestalt and EMDR.I have 30 years experience in personal growth and group therapy and facilitate workshops in personal growth, communication for couples, and The Shadow Effect.
