I have been a practicing clinical social worker for over 15 years. I have extensive experience working as a school social worker, addiction counselor and private practitioner. I incorporate different types of treatment modalities into my sessions, based on the issues and people that I am working with. My client base consists of tweens to adults and I work with individuals, couples and families. I worked at the elementary and middle school level with individual students on issues about family and peer relationships, drugs, self-esteem, academics and mental health. I facilitated groups on bullying, peer pressure and divorce. As an addiction counselor, I work on personal, legal and family issues and dual diagnosis. In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with relationship issues, personal issues and family concerns. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to work out life's "bumps in the road".
