About

Life is unpredictable. Anxiety and depression is something we all experience. Everyone handles things in their own unique way. Dealing with things alone can be overwhelming. Sometimes we try running away from it all. How do we know when it's too much for us to handle? When it impacts our relationships and self esteem. That's when you need a helping hand to help you regain your balance. We can work together to identify what the right treatment is for you.

I am a clinical psychologist and certified alcohol and drug counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Together we can find ways for you to manage and cope with life's difficulties. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, self esteem and substance abuse.

If your child is experiencing problems with anxiety or depression, I believe that it is important to have family involvement. I will work with you to determine what will be the best course of treatment for you and your family.
