About

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use, and life transitions like grief, stress, parenting, or relationship challenges. I support children, teens, couples, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. I also address chronic illness, anger, sleep issues, workplace stress, spirituality, cultural identity, and acculturation stress. My goal is to help you heal and thrive.

I can help by offering practical tools and guidance to manage your mental health, improve your well-being, and feel heard, supported, and empowered to create positive life changes. I take a person-centered approach to therapy by meeting individuals where they are at. I believe in the power of self-compassion.

I am a first-generation Peruvian-American Latina. I have also experienced firsthand the challenges of living in a new environment. I am a daughter, sister, friend, and wife. I look forward to building a collaborative therapeutic alliance and empowering you to achieve your goals! I look forward to hearing from you soon!
