I am a licensed therapist with over two decades of clinical experience. I have specialized training in mindfulness and integrative medicine for mental health. I work with clients from a strength based approach using several evidenced based clinical interventions, along with complimentary and alternative therapies to support and empower individuals to find pathways towards reaching their highest potential.
