About

Life can be difficult to endure at times, despite our best efforts to cope and find solutions. Pain has a way of making us feel more isolated in the struggle and disconnected from ourselves and others. Sometimes we get stuck in thoughts, behaviors and relationship patterns that lead us to feel more insecure, hopeless or unequipped to overcome the challenges. As your therapist, I aim to foster a trustworthy and collaborative relationship with my clients where they feel safe and equipped to uncover the pain and transform it into something that fosters renewed hope and strength in their life and relationships.

Utilizing a holistic and trauma-informed approach, along with Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities, I work with my clients to discover and transform the thoughts, behaviors and relationship dynamics that shape their negative experiences and keep them feeling stuck in a cycle of stress, dysfunction and fear.

Finding a trustworthy counselor that you have chemistry with is not always easy. I offer a free consultation call to answer any questions or concerns you may have in order to help you decide if working together is a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you and hopefully walking alongside you in your journey!
