I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and connected environment where we can hold your pain, together. I hope to explore with you the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can be key in becoming unstuck, living by your values, and building a meaningful life. With my own history as a competitive athlete, I especially appreciate the connection between the mind and body and know how much we all can use a great coach, and teammates in life. My style can be described as empathic, informal, and collaborative. I work with adults and older adolescents struggling with anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, identity concerns, life transitions, and more. I utilize Evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills. Reaching out for help is one of the hardest parts of recovery, and you are halfway there. It would be an honor to meet you and learn how I can be helpful! I am part of a group practice called Cambridge Psychology Group. Please reach out to us to talk more about how therapy can be beneficial for you or a loved one, and a staff member will connect with you.
