I offer virtual therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families with issues related to sexual addiction, intimacy, anxiety, depression, betrayal, and sexual trauma. I also have a background and passion for working with adolescents with histories of involvement in the criminal justice system. I believe in setting goals with my clients as a guide for where we are headed. I use Solution-focused, person-centered therapy techniques to explore one's past and how it affects the now.
