Trauma, chaos and loss do not need to define you and your destiny. I believe that we were created with resilience and the ability to use hardships to become better, stronger and wiser. I focus on, but am not limited to, Solution Focus and Narrative approaches which are powerful in helping you to design the life you want to have emotionally, spiritually and behaviorally, within a relatively short period of time. I am EMDR Certified, EFT Trained, IFS Informed and in training all theories research proven to be effective. You may not be experiencing any "traumatic situation" at the moment but may feel that "something is missing" or "life could be better", I am passionate about helping people to become the best they can be in order to achieve fulfillment in life.
