Yet, you can feel confident that we will move at the rate most appropriate to your needs. In EMDR I have gone through this treatment as a patient and many times as the clinician. I warn that this process is not enjoyable, but the outcomes are worthwhile. I specialize in this, to the extent that other area clinicians refer their EMDR patients to me, but rest assured we will work to select the right therapy style for you.
