About

I am privileged to work with clients of all ages across a broad variety of needs. My practice is largely focused on trauma, though I also see with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, and stress.

My practice is largely focused on trauma, though I also work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, family therapy, interpersonal issues, and stress. I counsel from a trauma-informed perspective, integrating elements of EMDR, somatic psychology, mindfulness, interpersonal communication, and self-acceptance.

Finding the right professional "fit" is important for trust and growth. Each therapeutic relationship is unique and defined by the people in it. I seek to create a new therapy tailored to each client's experiences, needs and goals. This is essential to building a strong and respectful connection. Feel free to reach out and I look forward to meeting with you!
