About

Most clients I work with deal with relationship and performance-related stress, affecting their marriages/partnerships, friendships, family dynamics, work, and overall sense of fulfillment. I help individuals navigate sexual and gender diverse relationships, gain self-awareness, alleviate distress, and enhance well-being and relationships.

I recognize that every individual and couple has a unique set of experiences, personality traits, and values/beliefs that influence their overall well-being. My approach to therapy is highly adaptable and flexible, designed to meet the needs of clients with diverse and varying lifestyles.

I draw on my extensive experience working with diverse populations, including those from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, as well as those with specific needs, such as the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to these approaches, I have additional training in therapeutic modalities, such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR.
