About

I primarily serve teens and young adults from the greater LGBTQIA+ population. I bring in a mix of professional, educational, and personal experiences into my work to help people from this community find their voice, confidence, and individual life path. I've also been able to use similar skills to help out people from a wider array of backgrounds. I have often helped motivated individuals meet their goals through collaborative effort.

In my practice, I focus on using a strengths-based form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that people thrive most when they acknowledge their inherent strengths, and use those to work toward their life goals. I use components from other therapy modalities, such as DBT, to provide a generally eclectic and individualized approach to your care.

Ultimately, I love to be a encouraging voice for those in need of additional support. I'm eager to provide that for you in order to help you reach your idealized future. Please contact me if you're looking for someone to help guide you, and aid you in achieving your goals through personalized care.
