About

As a licensed psychotherapist, my therapeutic method is to meet clients where they are, with compassion and openness, and help them develop a positive relationship with self and others. It is my personal mission to ensure people get the help they need and learn how to truly thrive. Through evidence-based modalities, my approach is about guiding the individual to the tools they need to find their path and live healthy, purposeful lives.

I utilize Nature-Based Therapy to guide clients to tap into their strengths, build resilience, and find healing and insight within and in the world. Traditional talk therapy methods (Psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, etc.) are also employed in a variety of outdoor settings to help clients overcome challenges and find methods to thrive moving forward.

Any client looking to make positive change in their life is an ideal client. That may be behavioral change, changing a relationship with a substance, or change in interpersonal relationships. As long as there is acknowledgement of an issue and willingness around self-examination and new strategies, there is a path forward.
