About

I specialize in working with young professionals, executives and teens. With so many uncertainties and challenges to navigate, you may be overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in patterns that aren’t moving you forward. I can help you make the changes needed to be your best self. With 15 years of experience as a therapist, lecturer, supervisor and coach I connect extremely well with clients building trust with humor, sensitivity, and a laid-back style that gets results. I’ll help you develop practical skills and strategies to enhance your relationships, improve your decision-making, and feel more confident.

For young professionals, I can help you identify your strengths and uncover what’s most important to you. We’ll address issues relating to independence, relationships, expectations, and self-esteem, giving you the tools to thrive in a fast-paced world.

Teens will learn skills that improve motivation, mood, and decision-making, and gain resilience skills to overcome challenges. While respecting your child’s privacy, I also offer parents guidance in communication, boundary-setting, and approaches that minimize the tension in your home.
