I am passionate about helping others work through their challenges and discover their strengths. I believe we already possess what we need but sometimes require others to help us see it more clearly. My approach is to get a full picture of your life and to highlight practical opportunities for growth. Through validation and encouragement, I want to make sure you do not feel alone in your struggles. Instead, I want you to feel supported, capable and confident! I have experience working with teens, adults, couples and families. I value building a relationship with all present and creating space for everyone to share and feel heard. What you bring to therapy is unique to you and I do not believe in a one size fits all solution. Let's collaborate and find what is best for you!
