About

Hey there! My therapeutic approach is a simple one: everyone and anyone is welcome in my office, I believe that you are the expert on you, and as your therapist it is my role to help you facilitate progress towards your life goals and/or settling any conflicts you might be facing. For us, that begins by simply building rapport and a sense of transparency between you and myself. As a therapist, I’ve gained clinical experience with clients working through anxiety, depression, stress, academic concerns, family turmoil, identity concerns, body image concerns (specializing with males) as well as emotional, physical and sexual trauma. My theoretical approach utilizes Existentialist Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I specialize in in working with individuals transitioning in or out of careers as well as those experiencing life transitions/milestones such as graduation, marriage, divorce, parenthood or losing loved ones.

Choosing your therapist is not an easy task, and it’s not easy to walk up to a stranger and tell them all the things. But I’m a firm believer that every individual that walks in my office brings a distinct set of circumstances that can only be aided with a personalized therapeutic approach. I hope that I can serve as a catalyst on your mental health journey!
