I know this is a rough and confusing time. Trauma, grief, and relationship issues are something that should not be dealt with alone. All of these issues can have side effects which include self-esteem issues, nightmares, existential questions, anger, etc. Allow yourself to find balance by bringing these issues to light. My goal is to guide you in an unconditional positive regard environment so you may find your life balance. You will be amazed at the life-shifting healing you will go through once you start this journey. In a holistic therapy meeting, I will guide you to discover your own path while I create a warm safe environment. This will allow you to feel you can speak freely about trauma and grief. I found humanistic techniques work best with the other trauma and grief-based practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Establishing a healthy safe therapeutic alliance is key to trust. Creating this empathic, understanding environment will help you guide yourself.
