I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I immigrated to the United States when I was sixteen years old, and this experience taught me the importance of different cultures. I realized that a person's background does not define their potential for success. Some people face greater challenges than others, but it is ultimately our reactions to these challenges that define us. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, from teens to adults and elders who have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, addiction, suicidal ideations, and more.
