Hey you! You’ve taken the first step, possibly the most important - seeking help. I know it can be so hard to admit that sometimes we can’t do it all on our own. My hope for you in this journey is first, finding a mental health professional that makes you feel comfortable and supported. I’m passionate about providing a space for people to have a sense of control over their therapeutic experience. I practice from a Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) approach, including Choice Theory (CT) and Reality Therapy (RT). Use of these approaches emphasize having equality between myself and my clients. Here, you can be in charge of your own success. We all come from different walks of life. Some paths look very similar, and others are drastically different. Nonetheless, I value the opportunity to simply connect with people. What’s your story? Maybe it’s been written for you, maybe you don’t know where to start, and maybe you need help wanting to continue on. I’d love to to help along the journey.
