Welcome and congratulations to you on beginning this journey! My name is Jorden, and I am a fully licensed clinical social worker and a certified ADHD clinical services provider. I have 6+ years of experience working in individual treatment settings with adults and older teens who experience symptoms of ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. In my practice, I aim to form a strong, positive rapport with clients. This will be a partnership and we're going to work together to develop an individual treatment plan that allows you to effectively and efficiently meet your therapeutic goals. My goal as your therapist will be to provide you with an objective perspective, assist you in overcoming challenges, help you get relief from stress, aid you in facing your fears in a safe environment, and guide you to develop healthier life habits.
