About

I am a dual masters board certified licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC.) My goal is to create an empathic and empowering therapeutic environment for each individual. I tailor treatment to the unique needs and strengths of each person by flexibly integrating techniques from a variety of clinical frameworks including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy. Through the collaborative work conducted in treatment, I strive to enhance an individual’s insight into their struggles, cultivate resolutions that improve quality of life, bolster self-esteem, and manage symptoms adaptively.

If you want to learn how to command a room, ask for a raise, learn the signs of deceptive behavior, you’ve come to the right place. This is a separate coaching that I offer that is different from my regular therapy sessions. If you are interested in coaching please specify when you send me an email.

Whether you feel you are in an active crisis or current transition, I will try and help you adopt new practices and ways of thinking in order to become more flexible in your everyday life. Clients describe me as warm, engaged and non-judgmental. I will provide a safe environment in order for you to be more curious about yourself.
