I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive related disorders. These disorders include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety and worry, Tourette’s syndrome, social anxiety, panic attacks, separation anxiety, phobias, trichotillomania (hair-pulling), and excoriation (skin-picking). I am also engaged in research focused on the treatment of anxiety and related disorders and have published 25 original research articles in professional peer-reviewed journals; three book chapters; and co-edited one book. I have a variety of clinical experiences in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient/residential settings, and I approach intervention through a theory-guided, evidence-based framework. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT). I am available to see clients in-person or via telehealth and am licensed to practice telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT, which allows me to see clients via telehealth in any PSYPACT participating state.
