About

One of the hardest things to do in life is change, especially if you have been made to feel that your mind, body, and lifestyle are inherently wrong. But you don't have to do it alone. The bravest thing you can do in life is reach out for help. And I'm here to do just that. This is your life. You deserve to know yourself, be yourself, and control your own future. As a neurodivergent affirming therapist, it is my privilege to help Autistic, ADHDer, and other neurodivergent people overcome trauma and live their best lives.

You are the most important part of therapy, so I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship with a focus on trust, gentle humor, and a nonjudgmental attitude. Sometimes our minds seem to be working against us and our goals. I'll support you in identifying and making change through identity-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-aware interventions.

I currently offer telehealth sessions, as well as in-person sessions at a quirky, yet comfy, office in Worthington, Ohio called After the Storm Counseling. If you want to figure things out and turn your life around, all you have to do is call or email! Right now, you may feel sad, scared, anxious, unsure, or even angry. That's okay. You can do this.
