Are you struggling in an intimate relationship that seems unrecognizable these days? I offer short-term solution-focused or long-term insight-focused therapy. I typically work with adults 18 and older having issues with self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, addiction, or generally feeling a lack of fulfillment. I also have a special passion for working with couples looking to increase intimacy and navigate turbulent times. I'm committed to creating a safe space through a nonjudgmental, genuine demeanor.
