Therapy helps to untangle these concerns and explore change. I am passionate about mental health, wellness and helping you feel heard, seen, and valued. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and understanding space where you can grow and thrive. Therapy is where you can be your most authentic self, and all feelings are welcome! We are all human, and life can take us many different ways. I'm here to travel alongside you on your therapeutic journey, and help unpack the ups and downs. I primarily work with children, teens and young adults. I support the LGBTQ+ community, am gender-affirming and trauma informed. I work with those experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment, identity, and self-esteem. Along with utilizing play/art therapy modalities, walk-and-talks are also an essential part of my therapeutic process. Life can be hard, and sometimes all we need is a listening ear and someone to unravel the mental ball of yarn that is our thoughts and feelings.
