Sometimes, we need help learning how to listen more intently to ourselves and get to know the person we know we can be; and maybe, always were. It’s my hope that you find wholeness, hope, and peace through this process of discovering who you were made to be. Here, you’ll build the tools you you’ll need to remain the most genuine you. Utilizing my experience in the field and as a fellow human, I feel privileged to walk with you in your healing journey utilizing a trauma informed approach, EMDR/body regulation, and attachment-based therapy. You deserve to learn to utilize your brain's natural healing power to sever the connection to past trauma and what holds you captive. I prefer a holistic/systemic approach to therapy. I encourage each client to grow in awareness of themselves, utilizing techniques such as: body regulation, EMDR (approved EMDRIA training) mindfulness, experiential therapy, family therapy, Gottman techniques and trauma informed self-exploration.
