I have over twenty-five years of experience working with people with a variety of issues and concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, physical pain, marital and family conflict, parenting topics, adolescent development, midlife phase, and grief and loss. I am also a Clinical Supervisor. My Practice is Currently Full. I specialize in Brainspotting, a brain-body based relational therapy that can help with mental health symptoms, intense emotions, and physical pain. I am a Certified Grief Educator with David Kessler. I also do IFS and Parts work. As a therapist, I am collaborative, client centered, compassionate, and intuitive. I work with clients from age 16 to mid-80s. I am present and caring, and want people to receive the help they are seeking.
