About

Chaos is merely order waiting to be deciphered, wrote the late, great writer José Saramago. In my practice, I work in communion with my clients to assist in interpreting their own personal chaos. The desire to be heard and understood is a fundamental need, one that can lead to better self-understanding, paving the path toward positive change. My goal as a licensed therapist is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for my client to express the most troubling aspects of their daily life.

In my ten years of practice, I have specialized in adolescent and adult addiction therapy, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD and post-traumatic stress syndrome. My practice has recently expanded to tackle the psychological aspects posed to middle-aged and geriatric individuals who are entering an unknown territory.

One which contends with fears of aging, irrelevance and mortality, and that may manifest as anxiety, depression, and loss of identity, and suicidal ideation. Some of my treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mindfulness interventions, humanistic therapy, and Buddhist psychotherapy. Whatever your needs, I offer a free evaluation.
