There is so much noise pulling teenagers and individuals toward a false sense of self that they forget what is needed/wanted in the first place. While feeling stuck you want to move forward to experience flourishing and allow the noise to fade away. As the noise subsides you can start taking steps to become the teenager, man, couple, family you know you were meant to become. My work is from a systemic approach believing relationships shape our state of being in whatever season we find ourselves. Working from an attachment lens we explore how deep hurts and wounds from your past/present can prohibit you from experiencing true relational joy. My hope is to provide you with tools so you can open yourself up to others once again. Having walked through relational challenges and difficult seasons myself I understand the need to have someone walk alongside you, your marriage, or your family as you journey through your current season. Our time together will provide you a safe space to explore your story, experience growth, and allow you to move toward relational growth and healing.
