About

Every stage of life brings different challenges. I'm here to provide a safe space where you can talk about anything that you've been thinking about or bothered by, no matter what it is. I want to work together with you to find ways to help you get through stressful times, process past events, or any other experiences you want to share. We'll find skills that work for you: whether that's hands-on art activities, practicing mindfulness, weekly journaling, or other things you find helpful.

I work with kids, pre-teens, teens, and adults. I have a background in depression, anxiety, special education, and gender diversity.

I practice with kindness, empathy, and a little bit of humor. Therapy looks different for everyone. I want to work together to accomplish the goals that are important to you.
