About

Hello. I help with individuals, and by extension families, who come in with uncertainty, insecurity, deep hurt, questioning self, and a need to be seen and heard with their emotions and life experiences. Life is an array of experiences that can often leave us feeling detached from ourselves and/or others and a sense that life isn't as satisfying. Regardless of age, we all experience hurt and a need for caring support. My therapy isn't an end of the road, but a hope and opportunity of support for a more liberating life. Since healing is multi-faceted, I encourage additional healing practices. We can discover that together.

We are not only individuals but also social beings. Healing is also in community and I can be an addition to that. I have experience working with individuals in the queer community, youth, and trauma survivors. I focus on helping people create a sense of safety with their physical and emotional experiences first before deep processing.

Life can absolutely be challenging, and it's okay and valid to need help. There is no shame in the complications or overwhelm that are felt. I am a safe space to help understand what is being experienced and help you discover a clearer, confident, and calmer life.
