About

My ideal client would struggle with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, or mood-related issues. This client would be self-motivated and have identified goals that are being held back or complicated by their mental health issues. The client would be able to identify areas that are strengths and weaknesses for themselves and would be willing to put forth the effort that is growth and change. Also, this client would be open to new and different suggestions for coping strategies or ways of thinking about difficulties they may experience in order to learn and grow. View 7 Photos

Once I get to know a client and the symptoms they are struggling with, we can work on processing the causes of these issues. We then can intervene with coping strategies as needed. Once we establish a solid history of triggers, we will work to identify thinking errors, create cognitive restructuring opportunities, and develop helpful thinking patterns.

Reaching out for help can be scary. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for you to feel free and comfortable. Therapy should be a collaborative and uplifting experience, resulting in growth and change. Healing isn't always comfortable, but rest assured that you will have me here every step of the way to be your support and advocate!
