I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, eating disorders, and PTSD. My counseling style is pretty laid-back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome obstacles. While I enjoyed working with different populations, I realized that teaching them skills for self-esteem, trauma, and life goals would help them on their journey to advocate for themselves with confidence.
