If you are reading this, you may be weathering a challenging season in life. It may be hard to recognize at this moment, but I truly believe that everything you need already lies within you. I am here to offer my clients a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard, supported, and empowered as we navigate this challenging season together and seek long-term healing. I specialize in grief, trauma, and the perinatal time period (infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum mood disorders, adjusting to parenting) and I am trained in trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR.
