Our lives consist of transitions of all kinds. I enjoy meeting people in the spaces within those transitions. Often, such times are the occasion for discernment, assessment, and change. Whether you are experiencing depression, grief and loss, or you are simply seeking a safe context for considering "next steps," I provide a confidential, professional relationship for the journey. I focus on strengths as well as challenges and seek creative, imaginative solutions. I respect all life contexts and spiritual orientations. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Approved Supervisor in AAMFT. As an Episcopal priest and Diplomate in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, I enjoy working with those in vocational discernment and/or in need of clinical supervision. Neuroscience is teaching us that relationships built upon compassion can transform our neural pathways and neurochemistry. I believe this is connected to our feeling fully alive in generative and life-giving ways, and to being persons of integrity. These are values I seek to embody in my professional practice.
