As a former athlete and coach I have lived in the pressures, the worry, the stress of chasing dreams in sports and life. It can be overwhelming and lonely, but it doesn't have to be. We can learn skills and techniques that help find our best. Setting goals, regulating emotions, overcoming adversity, improving confidence are a few of the areas we can explore. I have a personal goal in life to help others achieve what they never thought possible by learning to LIVE EYES UP.
